How long have you been riding for and what got you into riding?

I have been riding for about a year and have always wanted to get a motorcycle since I was a little kid and my bike didn’t go fast enough. Haha

What kind of impact had riding had for you? Has riding helped you to overcome a hardship in your life, if yes how?

Riding is one of my happy places. I feel calm and confident and enjoy every minute of it. Time seems to melt away on my bike, and any stress I’m holding on to disappears as soon as the engine starts. Just me and the road.

Do you prefer to ride solo or groups and why?

I love riding solo and in a group. I’m part of an amazing Facebook community called Motogirls of Vancity and have met some awesome new friends. I love that we are all so different with unique styles and personalities, but are brought together with our passion for riding.

What kind of bike do you have and why? What kind of riding do you do or have you done? (Dirt, off road/enduro, road trips etc.)

I have a 2008 Suzuki V Strom DL650 dusk sport bike and her name is Aria (Lioness in Hebrew). She’s my first bike and I got her this past May. I love riding anywhere for any reason, but one main reason I got my license was so I could ride the Sea To Sky without a windshield in front of me. The ride to Squamish and Whistler is stunning. I did a 3000km ride down to southern Oregon this summer for a women’s rally called Dream Roll. It was incredible to meet so many female riders of all varieties and styles.

What's been your favorite or most memorable riding experience

I think my favorite thing is the respect among other riders. I love giving the little two finger wave to people I probably will never see again as we fly past each other.

Future riding goals/ plans?

I would love to do a trip down the 101 to Southern California next summer.
